Dr. Santos and her staff are the best in the business! A dentist and team who truly care for our children and take the time necessary to ensure everyone is comfortable, safe, and happy. I also appreciate their front desk staff who always are pleasant and well informed (even as I watched an irrational and unreasonable mother and father this past week throw a fit over their expectations and lack of reality on what dental care costs). I would never take my kids anywhere else. Thank you Dr & team!

Very disappointed with the evaluation we had with Dr Santos. My son had an early steps evaluation in which they recommended a lip tie evaluation. Dr Santos lacked clarity in responding to our questions and her office staff was extremely misleading. They told us there was a chance for same day surgery, which was never the case and Dr Santos said she would not even perform surgery without a private speech therapist set up. This information would have been important before the appointment but she waited to charge us $250 for a 15 minute evaluation which is absolutely absurd. An absolute waste of time.

I am so grateful for Dr Santos and her team! Two of my kids have tongue tie and one has already had the surgical release (she was diagnosed at 6yo). Amazing experience. She was caring, very thorough and explained the procedure and plan of care in detai, and called multiple times after the procedure including over the weekend to make sure that healing was going as expected and to make sure all our questions were answered. We were hesitant to have tongue tie release at this age (I always suspected it but lactation consultants said she did not have it as a baby, and her dentist and ENT said there was no reason to release it at this age). I could not be happier with the result! Her daily headaches resolved the day after surgery, and since then she has been able to pronounce the “R” sound inPortuguese/ Spanish which she couldn’t before the surgery. Dr. Santos works with an amazing Anesthesiology team with physicians for the procedures, so the whole experience was seamless. We are now getting ready to start palate expansion. Her kindness and expertise is unparalleled.

We came in for a second opinion on a tongue and lip tie due to my newborn not being able to latch sufficiently. The first place dismissed it and said to bottle feed or use a nipple guard. Dr santos was extremely thorough on her evaluation and after doing the procedure, my baby was able to breastfeed immediately and that night she slept for 4 hours vs 2 because she was able to eat well and fill her stomach. Dr Santos bedside manner is wonderful, she spends the time, is calm and thorough and truly passionate! The only negative is I had a hard time getting through to make an appointment but did stop in to get the appointment and it was smooth sailing from there. Thank you so much Dr Santos!

We are truly so grateful for Dr. Santos and staff for taking such amazing care of our 3 year old son. From our initial consultation to surgery day through follow up appointments everything has gone seamlessly. Dr. Santos is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. You can tell she takes great pride in her work and cares immensely for her patients. The office is not only spotless it is run very professionally with the sweetest staff. We would highly recommend Dr. Santos :)
